My name is Michelle Casazza, and I'm a Magnetic Leadership Coach. I help high-achieving women leaders go from success on paper to success that feels good – so they can achieve their biggest goals with ease.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret – my clients call me Mimi the Corporate Mystic – and here's why:

I spent over 10 years in corporate finance and accounting, and led a startup through its IPO – the kind of high-pressure, hypermasculine environment where burnout was a badge of honor. After hitting my own breaking point, I discovered meditation, feminine embodiment practices, and ancient healing modalities – and rebuilt myself from the inside out.

Think of me as your coach, partner, and advisor—an unbiased well of wisdom committed to your success. Your phone-a-friend when you need a hand and your personal outlet when you need a shoulder.

Today, I blend executive strategy with inner wisdom to help women rewire their internal operating system and step into their Magnetic Era – a Leadership Style that reflects who they are as women, reconnects them to their feminine power, and honors their unique strengths.
